  About the Candidate

A Common Man
Fighting for Common People

I am running for Mayor because I believe City Hall should work for the people — not the other way around. Mississauga deserves a mayor who truly understands what families go through every single day.

My commitment is simple: lower the cost of living, protect taxpayers, improve everyday services, support local businesses, and make the Mayor accessible to every resident — regardless of connections, influence or background.

I am not running to become part of the political establishment. I am running to represent the common people of Mississauga.

9 Commitments to Mississauga

Every resident deserves a mayor who puts their needs first. Here is exactly what I will fight for.

01

Keep Property Taxes Under Control

Families face higher housing, grocery, transportation and living costs. I will fight for responsible spending and strong financial accountability, with the goal of freezing property taxes wherever financially responsible and finding savings before asking residents to pay more. Every taxpayer dollar deserves respect.

02

Make Mississauga More Affordable

Mississauga should remain a city where working families, seniors, young people and newcomers can afford to live. I will advocate for more affordable housing, faster housing approvals, responsible development, better use of City-owned land, and policies that help families stay in Mississauga.

03

Support Small Businesses

Small businesses are the backbone of our local economy. I will make Mississauga more business-friendly by reducing unnecessary red tape, improving communication with entrepreneurs and helping local businesses open, grow and stay open. A stronger small-business community means more jobs.

04

Safer Neighbourhoods

Every resident deserves to feel safe at home and in their community. I will work with Peel Regional Police and community organizations to support safer neighbourhoods, better lighting, action against auto theft and property crime, youth programs, and stronger community partnerships.

05

Better Roads and Public Transit

Residents should not spend hours stuck in traffic or waiting for unreliable transit. I will push for better road maintenance, faster repairs, improved traffic management, more reliable transit, and better connections between neighbourhoods and major employment centres.

06

An Accessible Mayor's Office

The Mayor should be available to the people. I will work toward an open-door Mayor's Office, with regular opportunities for residents to meet directly with the Mayor and raise their concerns. You should not need connections or special access to be heard.

07

Government Accountability & Transparency

Residents have the right to know how their tax dollars are being spent. I will support greater transparency, responsible procurement, strong financial oversight and clear communication about major City decisions. No unnecessary spending. No wasteful bureaucracy. No closed doors.

08

A City for Everyone

Mississauga is one of Canada's most diverse and dynamic cities. Our strength comes from our neighbourhoods, families, seniors, youth, newcomers, entrepreneurs and long-time residents. I will build a Mississauga where everyone is treated with dignity, fairness and respect, regardless of background.

09

Put Residents First — Always

Politics should not be about political careers. It should be about service. My promise is to bring a common-man approach to City Hall — listen first, act responsibly and remain accountable to the people who elected me. Every resident deserves a voice.
